The high-revving Sutton combines speed, strength, smarts – she’s as complete a player as the state has ever seen. She scored 59 goals in 19 games last season, when she was named the Star Tribune’s Metro Play of the Year and the Player of the Year by the state’s coaches. A dual citizen, Sutton, who was born in suburban Toronto, played for Canada’s women’s national team last summer.
