Robbinsdale Armstrong at Maple Grove
6:30 p.m., Friday, May 22

Robbinsdale Armstrong snapped its three-game losing streak with a 9-3 victory at Coon Rapids on May 13. The skid, however, nearly knocked the Falcons out of contention for the Northwest Suburban Conference title.

While a victory over league-leading Champlin Park on May 18 would be a great way for fourth-place Robbinsdale Armstrong (7-3, 6-3) to start climbing back in the race, a win over second-place Maple Grove in the regular-season finale could provide the exclamation point on the Falcons' flight back to the top of the standings.

Junior attackman Nate Borowick started the season strong, scoring 22 goals in Robbinsdale Armstrong's first six games, while junior attackman Joe Poferi has 11 in the same span.

Maple Grove has maintained its place in the standings due to its offense. The No. 13 Crimson (9-1, 8-1) have six players with 15 or more goals, led by sophomore attackman Hunter House (20 goals). Sophomore attackmen Jack Kelly (17 goals) and Matt Sivanich (16), along with midfielders Jake Willson (16-15-31), Tom Wolden (15) and Sam Holland (15), create a formidable offensive attack.
