Robbinsdale Armstrong at Elk River
6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 25

Robbinsdale Armstrong will clinch a share of the Northwest Suburban Conference title with a win against Elk River on Wednesday.

The Elks trail the Falcons by 1 1/2 games (and Anoka by a half game) in the standings and could also secure a share of the league title by winning their last two regular season games.

Robbinsdale Armstrong (11-1, 10-1) has rattled off nine straight wins since a 12-9 loss to Osseo/Park Center on April 25.

Senior attackers Nathan Borowick (27-10-37) and Joseph Poferl (12-10-22) lead the No. 14-ranked Falcons in scoring.

Elk River (8-3, 8-2) is looking to bounce back after falling to Anoka on May 18. Midfielder Marcus Olson (14-22-36) and attackers Hunter Kivley (21-4-25) and Nick Utz (16-5-21) balance the Elks offense and have been the main reason the team has stayed in contention for a league crown.
