Owatonna at Farmington

In addition to Nelson and Thurnau, juniors Josh Nelson (20 goals), Mitchell Wiese (16 goals), Nathan Smith (14 goals) and Tyler Johnson (15 goals) all return for Owatonna, giving the Huskies arguably one of the most talented junior classes in the state.

Junior goaltender Ryan Johnson is also back for Owatonna after compiling a 7-3 record between the pipes last season. 

Farmington lost starting goalie Vince Donohue to graduation, but return four defenders who saw varsity action last season. 

The Tigers also return seven of the 12 goals in their 12-8 win over the Huskies in the Section 1 quarterfinals last season.
