Tartan at St. Michael-Albertville
6:45 p.m., Thursday, April 20

Last season, a pair of one-goal wins in the semifinals and finals of the Section 4 playoffs sent Tartan to its first state tournament appearance, and the Titans return the primary offensive lynchpin in senior attacker Sam Lindahl

Lindahl totaled 59 goals and 102 points last season, pacing a Tartan offense that torched opponents for 228 goals. Senior attacker Bradley Herzog offers Tartan a complementary scoring piece after racking up 31 goals in 2016.

There is no shortage of scoring options on the St. Michael-Albertville side of the ball either. Both junior attacker Ryley Zopfi (32-20-52) and junior midfielder Jake Benson (29-14-43) return for the 2017 season.

Junior Pierce Bedell (19-23-42) offers versatility to the Knights, lining up at attacker, face-off specialist and defender.
