Eagan at Owatonna
7 p.m., Tuesday, May 9

When grouped, Eagan's leading scorers sound like an investment firm, and Wuertz-Peifer-Propson are providing plenty of return for the No. 5 Wildcats (6-0, 4-0).

Senior Brandon Wuertz (23-8-31) leads in goals and points, while Isaac Peifer (19-8-27) and Aaron Propson (18-9-27) aren't far off the pace -- one that opponents are having trouble matching. Eagan just scored a key 14-8 win over No. 4 Prior Lake on May 4.

Owatonna (6-2, 5-1) may have the portfolio to tame the Wildcats. The Huskies feature four players boasting more than 20 points this season, with junior attacker Nathan Smith (14-14-28) and junior midfielder Tyler Wencl (20-5) leading the charge.

Owatonna junior goaltender Ryan Johnson (6.27 goals-against average) will be put to the test against the high-powered Eagan attack and may be key to the game's outcome.
