No stopping them: Five Player of the Week nominees combined for 71 goals

Dan Bausman

Eagan, Senior, Attackman
Bausman grabbed the No. 1-ranked Wildcats' scoring lead with a massive week that included a four-goal performance against Burnsville on April 23 followed by a six-goal effort against Lakeville North and star goaltender Grant Wilson. Bausman also notched two assists in the two games, giving him 24 points in six games this season.

Sean Griffin

Rochester John Marshall/Lourdes, Senior, Midfielder
A scoring machine with seemingly no limitations, Griffin scored an amazing 17 goals in three games to vault into the state scoring lead. Griffin opened his week with a four-goal game against Buffalo on April 24 and was at it again a day later with seven goals and three assists against Mankato. Griffin capped the week with six goals and an assist against Robbinsdale Cooper on April 28.

Lauren Storhoff

Lakeville North, Junior, Midfielder
After scoring a respectable nine goals in the No. 3-ranked Panthers' first three games, Storhoff stunningly doubled her goal-scoring production by scoring a whopping 18 in a three-game week. She scored six against Apple Valley on April 24, seven against Eagan on April 26 and five against Wayzata on April 28.
 

Bailey Forcier

Benilde-St. Margaret's, Junior, Attack
Forcier racked up pinball machine numbers in three games, all of them victories for the Red Knights. She scored six goals in an April 24 rout of Irondale, five in an April 26 two-goal win over Totino-Grace and six in an April 27 one-goal victory over Breck. Foricer had two assists in each game, amassing a total of 23 points.  

Teddy Chapman

Cretin-Derham Hall, Junior, Midfielder
A lethal mix of goal-scorer and playmaker, Chapman racked up 16 points in three games -- two of them victories -- for the Raiders. Chapman scored two goals and added two assists against Tartan on April 25, had two goals and three assists against St. Paul on April 27 and capped his week with five goals and two assists against Grand Rapids on April 29.
