The attacker is the leading returning scorer for the Cadets’ lacrosse team this spring. St. Thomas Academy is coming off an 11-2 season. Here is a closer look at Dahl:

The best movie I’ve seen in the last year? “Lone Survivor.”

Three words my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Sarcastic, funny and energetic.

Three songs I never skip on my iPod are … “Tell Me” by RL Grime; “Doin’ It Right” by Daft Punk; “Black and Yellow” by Wiz Khalifa.

How did you get started playing lacrosse? I found an old lacrosse stick in my garage, from my brother’s friend, and decided to give the sport a try.

At my first varsity practice, I felt … tiny. I felt like a little kid compared to the giant upperclassmen that surrounded me.

What are your goals for the upcoming season? To help best prepare my team to advance to the state championship by coming together as a family.

What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Beating Blake 9-7 last year.

How do you balance school and sports during the year? I always make sure that my homework is taken care of before lacrosse, so nothing can distract me when it comes to practice or games.

Do you have a secret talent — and if so, what is it? Throwing and drilling with guns within a student-run organization at St. Thomas Academy — the Crack Drill Squad.

What is the best sports advice you ever received? Always outplay the opponent across from you in every way, with the help of your teammates.
