The state's best senior will be chosen among 10 finalists and named Mr. Lacrosse at an awards banquet on June 6 at the St. Paul River Centre.

A Mr. Lacrosse Goalie Award winner also will be named from two finalists.

The Mr. Lacrosse Award banquet also will honor the Minnesota Boys Scholastic Lacrosse Association's four conference winners and the Minnesota State High School League's four section champions.

The Minnesota Minutemen created the award and will host and coordinate the event with the Minnesota Swarm serving as the presenting sponsor. Homegrown Lacrosse, Lavin Lacrosse and Northstar Lacrosse also are sponsors of the award.
