After allowing Prior Lake to take 33 shots on goal in a 12-6 loss to the Lakers in the season opener, Blake rebounded with a dominant defensive effort to defeat Minnehaha Academy 16-1.

The Bears need a repeat performance from its talented defense -- one led by 2014 Minnesota State High School Boys' Lacrosse Coaches Association First Team All-State selection Crey Bankes -- when they take on offensive juggernaut and two-time defending state champion Eden Prairie in our Top Game of the week.

Eden Prairie has racked up 29 goals in its first two games. Senior attackman and Limestone College (S.C.) commit Nic Perkins leads the Eagles with eight goals and nine points.

Eden Prairie also has history on its side, winning the last four meetings.
