A: ... intimidated by all the big guys around me. I quickly adjusted to the next level of play.
Q: What did you work on most in the offseason?
A: Training in preparation for the Division I level next year.
Q: What is your favorite thing to eat before a game?
A: Jimmy John’s.
Q: Most memorable moment as a high school athlete?
A: Beating Lakeville North 8-4 in lacrosse two years ago because it was the only time I beat them in high school (football or lacrosse).
Q: Name one sport that you wish you could play, and why?
A: Hockey. I’ve always really liked hockey. I realized this at an age where it was too late to start up.
Q: If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be?
A: I would get Lakeville South a turf stadium. Every spring our field causes us to have at least three or four home games at Lakeville North.
Q: How do you balance school and sports during the year?
A: Balancing school work and sports is tough. I stay on top of things and keep my priorities straight no matter what.
Q: What is the best sports advice you ever received?
A: “Don’t stop now” after I committed to play college lacrosse at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
