Homegrown Lacrosse, St. Thomas team up to put on recruitment-centric event

Homegrown Lacrosse and the University of St. Thomas Men's Lacrosse team teamed up to host a Fall College Recruitment Workshop on Sunday, Nov. 21.

The workshop - the first of its kind in Minnesota - featured key note speakers and panelists experienced in the college recruitment process as players, coaches or both. The workshop was attended by middle school and high school lacrosse players from across the state.

As a result of this workshop, Homegrown Lacrosse has announced its "How-To Guide For Navigating the College Recruitment Process".

The process touches on three main aspects; 'How To Get Recruited: What recruiters and coaches look for', 'How To Navigate the Recruitment Process: From the perspective of parents' and 'How To Prepare Physiologically: Keeping your body fit and fueled'.
