Boys' lacrosse Player of the Week revealed

Player of the Week winner

Jason KrausHoly Angels: Kraus totaled 13 goals and 17 points to lead the Stars to consecutive wins over St. Louis Park, Apple Valley and Lakeville South last week. The junior leads the state with 17 goals.

Casey Chiodo, Monticello: In a heartbreaking 14-13 loss to Buffalo on April 18, Chiodo scored a game-high seven goals and totaled eight points. The senior is fifth in the state in goals (12).

Blake CamuelBloomington Jefferson: Camuel scored his first varsity goal in the Jaguars' season-opener against Burnsville and had a breakout game on April 20 with five goals and six points in a 19-1 win over Robbinsdale Cooper.

Cabe Maskevich, Shakopee: After going 4-10 last year, Shakopee is off to a blazing 3-0 start this season, thanks in large part to the play of Maskevich. In wins over Mankato, Apple Valley and Hutchinson, the sophomore attacker racked up five goals and 14 points. He enters the week with nine assists, which is tied for second-most in the state.

Sam LindahlTartan: Lindahl had a significant role in helping the Titans start the year 2-1, scoring eight goals and recording 12 points in the first three games. The senior also led the Tartan hockey team in scoring this season with 25 goals and 54 points.
