The South Suburban Conference race is heating up as Prior Lake, Farmington and Lakeville South enter the week as the only teams still undefeated in conference play this season.

Ranked fourth in the Minnesota Girls' Lacrosse Coaches Association poll, the Lakers (4-0, 2-0) made a statement by squeezing past No. 3 Apple Apple Valley 9-7 last Thursday.

Farmington broke into the top 10 rankings after a 7-6 victory over No. 9 Stillwater on April 20, and the No. 8 Tigers (5-0, 2-0) have continued to roll to their best start in program history.

Prior Lake hasn’t lost a conference game at Dan Patch Stadium since 2015, and an up-and-coming Farmington team that returns all but three players from last year is looking to test the Lakers after a 17-2 loss last year, making Tuesday’s matchup our Top Game of the Week.
