Girls' lacrosse Player of the Week winner revealed

Player of the Week winner

Erica Peterson, Chanhassen: The senior produced six goals and 16 points as the Storm won two of three games last week. Peterson has tallied 34 goals and 72 points this season. 

Player of the Week candidates

Natalie Ott, Breck: The sophomore tallied six goals and two assists as the Mustangs fell to Edina 10-9 on May 23 and downed Chanhassen 16-7 on May 26. Five of Ott's six goals came in the win over the Storm.

Julia Monson, Bloomington Kennedy: The state's leading scorer with 86 goals and 107 points, Monson racked up 14 goals and 20 points as the Eagles defeated Metro West Conference rivals St. Louis Park and Robbinsdale Cooper.

Erica Peterson, Chanhassen: The senior produced six goals and 16 points as the Storm won two of three games last week. Peterson has tallied 34 goals and 72 points this season. 

Tara Dalman, Champlin Park: Dalman recorded eight goals and 13 points as the Rebels outscored Northwest Suburban Conference foes Irondale and Osseo/Park Center 23-9 in a pair of wins.

Grace Heiting, East Ridge: In wins over Rosemount and Tartan, the junior racked up eight goals and 17 points. Heiting ranks sixth in the state with 47 goals and 82 points.
