New MS Stalling Rule
The MS rules currently require the team leading to keep it in the box within the last 2 minutes of the game, however, since there are no 20 or 10 second counts for MS, teams could stall outside of the box.
Officials have had the option of calling a modified stall warning at any time during the game, telling the stalling team to advance the ball into the box within 20 seconds or lose possession. Once there, the stalling team must keep it in the box.
Now the stall warning call will be automatic for the leading team in the last 2 minutes of the game. Whenever the leading team gains possession within the last 2 minutes, they have 20 seconds to get the ball into the box.
