Rochester Century at East Ridge
7 p.m., Tuesday, April 21

If Rochester Century was wondering how it stacked up against some of the top teams in the metro, the Panthers' early season schedule should tell the tale.

Century, a member of the Big 9 Conference, has lost to Rosemount, last year's state runner-up, and high-powered St. Thomas Academy by a combined five goals. Up next for the Panthers (0-2) is East Ridge, a team with plenty of potential.

Senior attackman Carter Scrimshaw (6-3-9) has provided the spark on offense, but senior Seth Buryska, who has three goals, can score from his midfield position.

It’s been 11 days since East Ridge (1-0) eked out a 10-9 victory over Eagan, and the Raptors should be well rested after the long break. East Ridge is led by senior attackman Max Cooper and junior midfielder Evan Woodward combined for seven goals against the Wildcats.
