Expect some offensive fireworks when No. 1 Eden Prairie travels to No. 4 Wayzata for a Lake Conference clash.

The Eagles (5-0) are averaging 13.5 goals per game, and they have three players who ranking among the state's top scorers. 

Senior attackman Nic Perkins leads Eden Prairie with 18 goals, which is also tied for the second-most in the state, while junior midfielder J.D. Spielman has 17 goals (tied for fifth-best) and senior attackman Sean Patterson has 16 (tied for eighth). The trio are responsible for 51 of Eden Prairie's 67 goals this season.

The Eagles sit atop the Lake standings, but they are not alone. Wayzata shares the same 2-0 league record and has held its own while running its overall record to 4-0. 

The Trojans rely more on an opportunistic offensive approach, led by senior attackman Charlie Chermak (eight goals, three assists, 11 points) and senior midfielder Grant Long (8-5-13). Junior attackman Amar Batra has seven goals and six assists.
