St. Louis Park at Bloomington Kennedy
6 p.m., Tuesday, May 5

St. Louis Park had its four-game winning streak halted with a 15-5 loss to Benilde-St. Margaret’s on April 30.

The Orioles (4-3, 1-1) are a balanced offensive team, getting scoring from several positions. Senior forward Anna Baer (22 goals) leads the team, but sophomore midfielder Anna Roethler (13 goals) and senior defender Amy Schulz (13-6-19) give St. Louis Park the ability to spread the scoring around and make it difficult for opposing defenses to focus on one player.

Bloomington Kennedy (4-3, 1-2) has gone 1-3 since winning its first three games, and just a half-game separates the fourth-place Eagles from the third-place Orioles in the Metro West Conference standings. The gap could be closed if junior midfielder Eleanor Monson (30-8-38) and senior forward Carli McWilliams (14-10-24) can find their way through St. Louis Park’s defense.
