Maple Grove at Minnetonka
6 p.m., Friday, May 15

With a single goal being the difference in three of Maple Grove's four losses, the Crimson's 5-4 record may not be what it seems.

Junior forward Lauren Kaufman (25 goals) is the primary offensive threat for Maple Grove, a team battling for a high seed in the Section 8 playoffs. Junior midfielder Hailey Herdine (14 goals) and sophomore forward Christina Kampa (14 goals) adding another dimension to the offense.

No. 5 Minnetonka (7-1) can't afford to overlook any opponent if it hopes to keep pace with Eden Prairie for the top seed in Section 2. The Skippers' balance will challenge the Crimson.

Midfielders Erin McGinnis (18-13-31) and Anna DiFrancesco (19-10-29) lead Minnetonka's offense in scoring.
