Blake at Minnetonka
7:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19

Minnetonka might be undefeated if it wasn't a member of the Lake Conference. The No. 5 Skippers have only two losses, both to league rival Eden Prairie.

After two meetings with the No. 2 Eagles, Minnetonka (9-2) should not be overwhelmed when it hosts No. 1 Blake (10-1) on Tuesday.

Midfielders Erin McGinnis (20-14-34), Anna DiFrancesco (19-11-30), Annika Samuelson (14-8-22) and Anna Mott (14-6-20) join forward Savannha Bhojwani (14-15-29) atop the Skippers' statsheet.

Blake offense poses a particularly tough challenge for Minnetonka's defense, which has given up 129 goals this season. Junior midfielder Annie Lyman (35-24-59) and senior forward Olivia Nolan (34-19-53) are the leading scorers on a Bears team rife with talent. Junior midfielder Lucy Nelson (20-15-35), senior attacker Adelaide Winton (19 goals) and freshman midfielder Sophie Skallerud (15 goals) complete a quintet of scorers that have helped Blake tally 169 goals in 11 games.
