Jefferson's success resulted in plenty of victories, and after recording a 15-6 win over Minneapolis on May 11, the program had its 196th overall.

The win was a milestone for Cater, who notched his 200th career victory and became the first Minnesota boys' high school lacrosse coach to reach the mark.

Cater, who is the state's winningest coach in boys' high school lacrosse, took some time to discuss the achievement and his coaching career with the MN Lax Hub.
