Providence Academy vs. Holy Family Catholic

6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 7

Providence Academy has already doubled its win total from a year go, but this season's highlight may be the play of senior attackman Ian Smith.

Smith sits near the top of state leaderboard for goals and heads into this week with 25  — including 12 in the last three games — for Providence Academy (6-2, 1-2). Smith has helped power a Lions offense that averages 14.3 goals per game in wins versus just 4.5 goals per game in its two losses.

For Holy Family Catholic (1-3, 1-1), Tuesday's game will be a chance to get back on track after losing 13-2 to Delano/Rockford on Thursday.

One of the Fire's biggest contributors has been Will Swanson. The senior attackman scored four goals in a 9-3 victory over Waconia on April 22 that gave the Fire their first Wright County Conference win of the season.
