And the winner is... MN Girls' Lacrosse Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Lacrosse Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top Performer winner

Jorja Schooler, Duluth. Schooler exploded for 10 goals and an assist to lead the Wolfpack past Brainerd 19-9 on April 20. She is the top goal-scorer in the state, by a margin of six, with 22 goals.

Top performer candidates

Abigale Furlano, Spring Lake Park. The junior made 18 saves in Spring Lake Park's 14-6 victory over Totino-Grace on April 15. Furlano stopped 28 shots in her first two games (both wins) and conceded just 10 goals.

Haley Reeck, Edina. Scoring three or more goals in each of her first three games, Reeck has registered 12 goals to start the season. The sophomore hit the net a season-high five times on April 16, as Edina defeated Holy Angels 15-2 in its season opener.

Elle Wagner, Chanhassen. After two games, Wagner has set up nine goals for her teammates — tallying the most assists in the state. Her best night came in the Storm's 20-6 win over Minnetonka on April 16, when she recorded a hat trick along with five assists.

Lauren Wick, Prior Lake. Wick started the season with two, five-goal games. The senior's contributions, 12 goals and three assists this season, have helped the Lakers upend Blake (20-5 on April 15), Minnetonka (16-6 on April 18) and Edina (12-7 on April 20).
