And the winner is... MN Boys' Lacrosse Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Lacrosse Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top Performer winner

Ryan Solz, Irondale. Scoring three or more goals in each of his first three games, Solz has a state-high 11 goals to start the season. He posted six points (4 goals, 2 assists) in a 19-3 win over Spring Lake Park on April 12, and three days later recorded six more points with a hat trick and three assists against Centennial.

Top performer candidates

Erick Bloom, White Bear Lake. Bloom leads the state in assists with 10 in just two games. His peak performance last week came against Hill-Murray on April 18, when he scored 10 points (five goals, five assists) in the Bears' 15-1 victory. The next game, a 16-0 win over Grand Rapids, he notched a hat trick and five assists. 

Jackson Hill, Duluth. Hill has 14 points this season, with four goals and two assists coming in an 8-7 win over Northfield on April 13. The senior, who leads the Wolfpack in goals, assists and points, has guided Duluth to a 2-1 record to start the year.

Thomas Miles, East Ridge. The senior goalie has made 38 saves and allowed 13 goals through three games. Miles willed his team to an 8-7 win on April 18, as he made 18 saves to beat Eagan. The next game, he made 11 saves and helped defeat Park of Cottage Grove 8-3. 

Andrew Wilson, Eagan. The senior scored seven goals and added an assist in a 19-11 win over Chanhassen on April 16. Wilson scored a goal two days later in a one-point loss to East Ridge.
