And the winner is... MN Girls' Lacrosse Hub Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Lacrosse Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email scores@nbcuni.com


Top performer winner

McKenna Cunnington, Mahtomedi: The senior midfielder scored a season-high six goals April 28 as Mahtomedi topped Blaine 17-1. Cunnington also dished out three assists as the Zephyrs bounced back from a 16-5 loss to Cretin-Derham Hall April 24.

Top performer candidates

Molly Kolar, Visitation: Kolar scored a game-high six goals, dished out two assists and grabbed three ground balls to help the Blazers win 17-10 over Bloomington Kennedy April 25. The junior midfielder also was efficient when scoring, taking eight shots on goal.

Emily Moes, Lakeville South: Returning to the defending state champions, the senior midfielder recorded seven goals, two assists and four ground balls as the Cougars won 22-4 over Eastview/Eagan April 25 in a South Suburban Conference showdown. 

Kate Wille, Blaine: The Bengals sneaked past Anoka 6-5 April 26, and Wille was a significant reason why. The junior goalie finished with a .705 save percentage with 17 shots on goal to help Blaine snag a Northwest Suburban Conference win.

Annika Moran, Owatonna: Moran, one of the state’s top scorers, added to her total with seven goals and also had three assists and three ground balls. The senior midfielder’s performance led Owatonna to a 15-3 win against Northfield April 27.
