The Eastview/Apple Valley co-op began in 2022.

Low participation numbers at Apple Valley led to the two rivals joining forces for a new squad nicknamed “The Valley”. There was some awkwardness in the inaugural season, but head coach Aime Caines had the team trending upward.

Last year, Eastview/Apple Valley won its final three regular season games and its section playoff opener before a hard-fought 5-4 loss to a top-10 ranked Rosemount squad in the semifinals. The new roster compiled a 9-6 overall record and a 2-5 mark in the South Suburban Conference.

This year, Eastview/Apple Valley is off to an 8-1 start to the season and is 3-0 in conference play after a 10-9 overtime victory at home against Shakopee on Tuesday.
