The boys’ quarterfinal games are at Chaska High School, beginning with Champlin Park (No. 3 seed, 13-2) against Totino-Grace (9-5) at 1 p.m.

The girls’ quarterfinal games will be held at Chanhassen High School, beginning with Elk River/Rogers/Zimmerman (13-3) against Stillwater (No. 3 seed, 14-2) at 1 p.m.

Other games include Armstrong (14-1) vs. defending champion Blake (No. 2 seed, 13-3) at 3 p.m., Champlin Park (9-5) vs. Eden Prairie (No. 1 seed, 15-1) at 5 p.m., and Burnsville (No. 5 seed, 14-1) vs. Lakeville North (No. 4 seed, 12-4) at 7 p.m.

The Minnesota State High School League expanded the tournament from four to eight sections this spring in recognition of the sport’s growth.

Semifinals will be played Thursday, with the boys’ games at Chanhassen and the girls’ games at Chaska. The finals will be Saturday at Chanhassen.
