Four of the six players selected to the 2010 Minnesota State High School League's All-State Tournament Team are from state champion Benilde-St. Margaret's, including the Red Knights' star attackman duo of Bailey Dodds and Ryan Butts.
Dodds had eight goals and two assists and Butts had three goals and five assists in the Red Knights' tournament victories over Wayzata and Totino-Grace.
Midfielder Charlie Gondeck (two goals, two assists) and goaltender Thomas Gilligan (3.43 goals-against average, .818 save percentage) round out the Benilde-St. Margaret's all-state contingent.
Also selected to the all-tournament team by a panel of high school coaches attending the event were defenseman Kyle Mork and goaltender Ryan Zeilinger from Totino-Grace.
Zeilinger posted a 5.00 goals-against average and .697 save percentage in the Eagles' two games.
Benilde-St. Margaret's beat Totino-Grace 7-3 in the state title game.
