The top two teams in the coaches' poll remained in place this week, as No. 1 Eastview (10-0, 6-0) and second-ranked Eagan (10-0, 6-0) have yet to lose a game this season.

Neither has Maple Grove (10,0 9-0), which climbed to No. 9 behind the play of Jack Dungan. In victories over Andover (7-3, 5-3) and Blaine (7-2, 7-2) last week, the senior scored seven total goals and now leads the Crimson with 31 on the season.

Eden Prairie (9-1, 7-0) moved up one spot to No. 3, while Chanhassen (8-2, 3-0) jumped from No. 7 to fourth, sparked by a 10-7 victory over then-No. 3 Benilde-St. Margaret’s (7-1, 3-1) on May 9. Junior Jadon Kerry had four goals and two assists to help the Storm hand the Red Knights their first loss of season, which dropped them to No. 5 this week.

Tartan (8-2, 4-1) made a slight movement, advancing one spot to No. 10 -- its first time in the top 10 this season. The Titans went 1-1 last week, but the win came by a huge margin as they defeated North St. Paul 28-1 on Thursday. Senior Sam Lindahl scored six goals and assisted on eight others in the game. After that monster stat line, Lindahl leads the state in goals (48), assists (27) and points (75).

The remaining top-10 teams are No. 6 Mahtomedi (10-1, 5-0). No. 7 Prior Lake (7-2, 6-1) and eighth-ranked Rosemount (7-2, 4-2).

That leaves Lakeville North (4-5, 2-4) on the outside looking in. The Panthers fell from No. 9 to No. 12 after losing to Prior Lake 9-7 and to Rosemount 8-7 last week.
