For the past four seasons, Rosemount and Prior Lake have put on a show unlike any other in the South Suburban Conference.

The Irish (9-2, 6-2) and the Lakers (8-3, 6-2), ranked No. 8 and No. 7 respectively in the coaches' poll, meet annually as league rivals, and no game in four years has been decided by more than two goals.

Will the next chapter be more of the same? We'll find out on Tuesday.

Prior Lake, the defending state champion, has won the past three of these meetings and could be primed for a fourth with a lineup featuring seven players who have 11 or more points this season.

Leading the onslaught is Carter Collins (27-13-40), a varsity regular since his freshman season. The senior attacker has had a hand in helping the Lakers win each of the past three games against the Irish and figures to be a factor again this go-round.

Rosemount senior attacker Jack Reber (25-13-38) has experienced back-to-back-to-back losses to Prior Lake and should be amped to play a role in ending the skid.

Shared history between these ranked conference rivals is a perfect recipe for their matchup to be our Top Game of the Week.
