Boys' lacrosse Player of the Week winner revealed

Player of the Week winner

Declan Flynn, St. Paul: The junior scored eight times as St. Paul thumped North St. Paul 17-5 in the Section 4 play-in game on May 30. 

 

Player of the Week candidates

Timmy Lindquist, Mahtomedi:  In victories over St. Paul and Stillwater in the ins in the Section 4 playoffs, Lindquist has nine goals and 16 points. The junior has 38 goals on the season.

Nicholas Wolter, East Ridge: The senior recorded four goals and three assists as the Raptors earned a 17-2 win over over TrIMAC in the first round of the Section 3 playoffs on May 31. East Ridge fell to Rosemount 16-7 in the quarterfinals two days later.

Leo Reuder, Hopkins: Reuder was fantastic in Hopkins' 15-2 victory over Robbinsdale Cooper in the play-in game of Section 5 playoffs on May 30. He finished with four goals and three assists to match his regular-season total of seven points.

Josh Nelson, Owatonna: With three goals and seven points, Nelson stood out in the Huskies' 11-9 loss to Northfield in the Section 1 quarterfinals on May 30.
