June marks the final month of the spring sports season where many teams aim to make a final push to the state tournament. With the regular season in the rearview mirror, many of the top players in the state were recognized by the Minnesota Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association for their performances to date.

Apple Valley's Reagan Roelofs, a Naval Academy commit, was named Player of the Year by the coaches' association on May 31 after tallying 46 goals and 36 assists in the 13-game regular season. Her versatility landed her in the top 10 in both point categories this season.

Roelofs has remained among the state's lead runners in her five years of varsity lacrosse, entering the playoffs with 486 career points as the state's all-time leading scorer. She is a four-time all-state honoree and is joined by teammate Molly Moynihan who was selected first-team all-state.

Eden Prairie Prior Lake, and Apple Valley all boast five all-state selections each.
